Responsibilities
Position Overview
We are an established manufacturer specializing in high-quality metal stamping and precision springs. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating machinery, ensuring product quality, and helping us meet production targets in a safe and efficient environment.
Key Responsibilities
Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery (including metal stamping presses and spring-coiling machines) according to standard operating procedures.
Quality Control: Conduct visual inspections and use basic measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, or gauges) to ensure all metal components meet technical specifications and quality standards.
Maintenance Support: Perform basic, routine machine cleaning and report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the supervisor.
Safety & Compliance: Adhere strictly to workplace safety regulations.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred; experience specifically in metal stamping, precision springs, or metal fabrication is a strong advantage. (On-the-job training will be provided for the right candidate).
Technical Skills: Ability to read basic production layouts or drawings and comfortable handling physical raw materials.
Attributes: Good hand-eye coordination, strong attention to detail, and a team-player attitude.
