Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacture and Repair of Electrical Equipment
• Position Title: Test & Compliance Technician (Lighting / Electrical)
• Working Location: Ang Mo Kio Ave 5
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday-Friday, 8AM-5:30PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + OT Pay + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and conducting technical tests on lighting products, with a focus on emergency lighting performance and safety standards.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and compliance files required for product certifications, including SS 563 and other relevant standards.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and resolve any non-compliance issues found during testing.
• Maintain, calibrate, and operate laboratory equipment while ensuring a safe and well-organized testing environment.
• Keep up to date with lighting standards, regulations, and industry developments, particularly in emergency lighting compliance.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
