To assist Vendor Manager in timely planning, preparation, execution and management of tenders to support operation and project needs in both OPEX and CAPEX (involving builders and MEP works).
To assist in managing project procurement process, ensuring that all stages including pre-qualification, enquiry, analysis (Price Comparison), selection, management approval paper and contract preparation are performed effectively
To assist in preparation of tender documentation and administration.
Perform cost benchmarking, life cycle costing and/or total cost of ownership computation.
Responsible for contract documentation and administration (including to obtain Performance Bonds, Bankers Guarantees and any other forms of insurances).
To assist in proper management of post-contract cost variances and change control processes
To assist in liaising with the service users to resolve any commercial, change orders, cost variation and contract issues
To assist Vendor Manager in the end-to-end procurement process
Skills for Success
Nitec/Diploma holder
Tender document preparation and execution
Request for Quotation and quotation analysis
Technical knowledge and experience in procurement or Quantity Surveying duties
Contracting and contract management
Cost Management
Proficiency in MS Office tools
Able to work independently, proactively and is self-motivated
