Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and organised Administrative Executive to join our growing team at JL Cable Detection. You will play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the company by handling both administrative and finance-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Purchase online authority plans (Good with google map)
• Process and manage workers’ salaries, overtime (OT) pay, and other related matters
• Assist with general office administrative duties and documentation
• Perform basic bookkeeping using Xero (training will be provided – no prior experience required)
• Monitor payment status and follow up on progress claims from clients
• Liaise and communicate with clients on project updates and administrative matters
• Answer and manage incoming office calls and inquiries

Requirements:

• No prior experience required (related experience will be a bonus)
• O-Level / ITE / Polytechnic qualification, preferably in Business Administration or a related field
• Only open to Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents (PR)
• Good communication skills and a responsible attitude
• Willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks
