Title: Accountant

Location: 48, Mactaggart Road (Near Tai Seng MRT)

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: SGD 2500- SGD 3000 (plus incentives)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Document financial transactions by entering account information.
• Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing account information.
• Reconciles financial discrepancies.
• Preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
• Preparing accounting entries and reconciling general ledgers
• Working with the company's accounts payable functions – maintaining invoice payment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments.
• Preparing monthly financial and various detailed reports
• Manage payroll activities
• Maintaining employee records.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• Experience in accounting.
• Strong communication, analytical, and computer skills.
