Job Summary

You will plan, shoot, and produce engaging social media content across platforms, collaborating with teams and clients to deliver creative campaigns that drive brand visibility and audience engagement.

Responsibilities

• Plan and storyboard social media content to align with campaign goals and platform formats
• Shoot and produce photography and videography for client campaigns, events, media launches, and brand activations
• Create content tailored for food, gadgets, fashion, FMCG, lifestyle, retail, and entertainment brands
• Develop innovative ideas for short-form videos, reels, social posts, and campaign materials
• Prepare for shoots by organizing shot lists, props, talents, locations, and schedules to ensure smooth production
• Collaborate effectively with designers, editors, account managers, clients, and content creators to meet project objectives
• Monitor and apply current social media trends, creative formats, and platform best practices to content production
• Coordinate project timelines to ensure timely delivery of content assets

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience or internships in photography, videography, or social media content creation (1–2 years preferred)
• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and LinkedIn content formats
• Basic technical knowledge of cameras, lighting, composition, styling, and visual storytelling
• Proficiency with editing and design tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, Canva, or similar
• Strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Creative mindset with responsibility and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Portfolio, social media accounts, or examples of creative work to demonstrate skills and style
