Responsibility :

• Manage the day-to-day operations and maintenance of commercial sites
• Ensure the reliability and availability of systems, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, and security systems.
• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Monitor facility performance through inspections, audits, and maintenance records.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards
• Maintain documentation procedures, and asset records.
• Monitor service performance.
• Liaise with clients and coordinate daily activities
• Investigate and resolve facility-related incidents, complaints, and service disruptions.
• Lead and develop facilities management teams to achieve operational excellence.
  

Requirement :

• Minimum Diploma in any field
