Minimum SPM qualification

Diploma fresh graduates may be considered

SPM holders should have around 2 years of sales experience

Candidates with experience in sales, customer acquisition, banking, financial services, insurance, telco, retail sales, credit card sales, or personal financing will have an advantage

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Sales-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable approaching customers

Able to handle rejection positively and follow up consistently

Open to a 6-month contract arrangement, with potential conversion to permanent

Promote banking / financial products and services to potential customers

Approach, engage, and follow up with customers professionally

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable product solutions

Achieve individual sales targets and activity expectations

Manage assigned leads and ensure timely follow-up

Assist customers with application processes and required documentation

Maintain accurate updates on customer interactions and sales progress

Ensure all sales activities comply with internal guidelines and requirements
