Job Description
- Handle incoming phone calls and provide reception support
- Receive, date-stamp and process all incoming mail
- Monitor and order office supplies, stationery and consumables
- Assist with GST verification and financial documentation
- Coordinate disposal of warehouse materials and waste items
- Arrange equipment calibration, maintenance and repair services
- File invoices, payment vouchers, shipping documents and correspondence
- Perform data entry into company systems
Requirements
- Experience in administration or sales admin roles
- Comfortable handling invoices and financial documents
