1.Prepare inventory, production, and stock movement reports for management review.

2.Maintain documentation related to material requisitions, stock adjustments, quality testing samples, and inventory transactions.

3.Ensure proper filing and record-keeping of inventory and production documents.

4.Support internal and external audits by providing accurate inventory records and documentation.

5.Reporting for Stock Received in and out details for all GS stock Movement (monthly)

6.Daily report on Summary Wire Rod, Hard Drawn, Short Length Movement and Raw Materials register or weight)

7.Update Raw Materials in Production Report Daily while checking variance in general

8.Compile report to be submitted to HQ group every month.

9.Conduct Monthly stock count

10.Prepare hardcopy list to stock take by worker

11.Conduct Month end stock tally with system and investigation of the stock variance

12.Maintain accurate production records and prepare regular reports for management review

13.Other job requested by Superior
