Project Manager [Electrical / M&E / Construction / Data Center]

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee project execution within the Electrical, M&E, Construction, ELV, IT, AV, or Data Center environment. This role requires strong coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise manpower, materials, equipment, and other project resources to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, timeline, budget, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed within the agreed schedule and cost.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure proper project alignment.
• Attend project meetings, site meetings, and coordination discussions with clients and consultants.
• Prepare progress reports, project documentation, site records, and supporting documents for claims submission.
• Conduct site supervision, inspections, and follow-ups to ensure work is carried out according to project requirements.
• Ensure project implementation meets the required standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
• Identify project issues or delays and propose practical solutions to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Support and coordinate testing, commissioning, handover, and project close-out activities where required.
• Perform any other project-related duties as assigned by the Management.

Requirements

• Possess at least a Diploma in Construction, Electrical, M&E, ELV, IT, AV, Engineering, or any related field.
• Relevant experience in project coordination, site supervision, construction, M&E, ELV, IT infrastructure, or data center projects will be an added advantage.
• Strong leadership qualities with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Good analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational abilities.
• Able to work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office and video conferencing tools.
• Must possess own transport and be willing to travel when required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced project environment and handle multiple priorities.
