• Functional & Workflow Testing: Thoroughly test core SaaS features, including task management, scheduling, reporting dashboards, and operational workflows.
• Role-Based Permission Verification: Validate that different user roles (e.g., admins, project managers, field crews) see correct data views and hold appropriate access permissions.
• Regression & Bug Testing: Conduct regression testing after updates to ensure existing functionalities remain intact, and verify bug fixes.
• Cross-Platform & Device Validation: Ensure the web application behaves consistently and responsively across major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Edge) and mobile views.
• Defect Documentation: Clear, concise logging of bugs with reproducible steps, expected vs. actual results, and relevant screenshots/videos in our tracking system.
• UX/UI Sanity Checks: Identify visual inconsistencies, alignment issues, and clunky user flows to champion a smooth user experience.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the development team to clarify requirements, reproduce edge cases, and expedite critical fixes.

Pay: RM15.00 - RM30.00 per hour
