JOB DETAILS

• Position : Storekeeper Associate
• Department : Warehouse / Inventory & Logistics
• Employment : Full-Time

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive, inspect & verify incoming goods against delivery orders
• Label and arrange items in designated storage locations
• Maintain proper organization and cleanliness of the warehouse
• Conduct regular stock counts and cycle counts
• Update inventory records in the system (ERP/WMS)
• Process material issuance requests and internal requisitions
• Pick, pack & prepare components for dispatch or delivery
• Prepare and file GRN, delivery orders & stock transfer records
• Ensure proper ESD handling and safe storage of components
• Comply with workplace safety and health (WSH) guidelines

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
Certificate / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field (advantage)
Min. 1 year experience in storekeeper / warehouse / inventory role
Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome
Basic computer skills — Microsoft Excel & ERP/inventory systems
Good numerical ability and strong attention to detail
Physically fit to handle and move goods
Good communication in English & Bahasa Malaysia
Team player with positive attitude and willingness to learn
