WE ARE HIRING – ASSISTANT MANAGER (SERVICE CREW)

Inspire Vege Restaurant, a well-established vegetarian restaurant in Prai, Penang, is looking for a motivated, responsible, and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager (Service Crew).

Position: Assistant Manager (Service Crew)
Location: Inspire Vege Restaurant, Prai, Penang

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant.
• Lead and supervise service crew to ensure excellent customer service standards.
• Welcome guests and provide professional dining service.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints effectively.
• Coordinate staff schedules and ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Monitor cleanliness, food service quality, and restaurant presentation.
• Assist in staff training and performance monitoring.
• Support management in achieving operational and sales targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in restaurant, hospitality, or customer service operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Able to read and speak Mandarin, as the restaurant menu is primarily in Mandarin.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Responsible, proactive, and customer-focused.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Experience in a supervisory role will be an added advantage.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: RM2,500 – RM3,000 per month (based on experience)
