Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle daily administrative and clerical tasks.
* Maintain and organize filing systems, records, and documents.
* Perform data entry and update company databases.
* Answer phone calls, emails, and respond to inquiries.
* Prepare reports, letters, and other business & admin HR documents.
* Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments.
* Monitor office supplies and coordinate purchases.
* Support management and other departments with administrative duties.
* Ensure accurate record-keeping and document control.
* Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by management.
Requirements:
* Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), autocount (cloud base)
* Good organizational and communication skills.
* Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
* Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently.
* Prior administrative experience is an advantage.
Working Hours:
Mon - Fri : 7am to 4pm (Break Time: 1 hour)
Sat: 7am to 12pm
Location:
Bandar Sri Damansara
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
Work Location: In person
