Salary Structure:
- During 3-Month Probation: RM 2,600 per month
- Upon Successful Confirmation: RM 3,000 per month (Based on performance milestone evaluations)
About Us:
We are a growing F&B business expanding our footprint in the local food scene, specializing in Arabic and Pakistani cuisine. As we scale our operations from a centralized venue to new outlets and kiosks, we are seeking a highly organized, legally-savvy individual to lead our manpower management, compliance, and operational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foreign Worker Management: Manage the end-to-end documentation for foreign kitchen talent, including work permit applications/renewals, visa tracking, FOMEMA scheduling, and passport updates with the Immigration Department.
- Business Development & Expansion: Conduct local market research and physically scout high-potential commercial hubs, malls, or high-traffic areas to establish new kiosks and restaurant branches.
- Regulatory & Corporate Compliance: Act as the primary liaison for authority compliance, managing applications and renewals for local council licensing, signboard permits, tax records, and health regulations.
- Marketing Support: Coordinate physical branding initiatives (overseeing production and placement of banners, bunting, flyers) and maintain basic digital marketing campaigns to drive foot traffic.
- Financial & Admin Control: Monitor daily/weekly sales reconciliations and neatly organize all supplier invoices, receipts, and basic office expenses for our external accountant.
Job Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience handling foreign worker documentation, immigration matters, or related portal processing. Experience within the retail or F&B sector is an added advantage.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; basic familiarity with social media apps for business promotions.
- Traits: Confident, articulate, and highly professional when dealing with government officials, immigration officers, or landlords; detail-oriented with paperwork and numbers.
- Languages: Excellent command of written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia (critical for official liaison work) and English.
- Mobility: Must possess own transport and a valid driving license, with the willingness to travel locally for immigration appointments, local council visits, and site scouting (Kajang/Bangi area).
