Responsibilities

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Director / Business Development Director to lead sales growth, market expansion, and team development within the financial services sector. The ideal candidate will bring over 12 years of experience in financial sales and team management, with strong adaptability, market insight, leadership capability, and the ability to drive performance in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities

Lead the department to achieve monthly sales targets and key business KPIs through effective task allocation by product, customer segment, and team member.

Review weekly sales performance, conduct pipeline analysis, and implement improvement plans to ensure goal attainment and continuous growth.

Manage daily sales operations, including morning briefings, performance motivation, best-practice sharing, sales tracking, objection handling, approval follow-up, and risk control verification.

Conduct end-of-day performance reviews, analyze successful and unsuccessful cases, and follow up on prospective clients and next-day closing plans.

Oversee existing account management, client retention, secondary development, account recovery handling, and coordination with overdue account support functions.

Develop and manage business channels, maintain partner relationships, deliver product training, organize brainstorming sessions, and drive referral business growth.

Lead talent acquisition activities including recruitment, interviews, onboarding, training, retention, and team capability development.

Foster a high-performance, positive, and collaborative sales culture while strengthening execution discipline and team morale.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related disciplines is preferred.

Minimum 12 years of solid experience in financial sales, with proven track record in team management and business development.

Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in coaching, motivating, and developing high-performing teams.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, with a strong sense of affinity and influence.

Strong market analysis, organizational, and strategic planning abilities, with the capability to identify growth opportunities and execute expansion plans.

Highly adaptable, resilient, and able to perform well under pressure in a target-driven environment.

Positive, proactive, and self-motivated personality with strong accountability and execution skills.

Experience in channel development, client relationship management, and sales process optimization is highly preferred.
