Responsibilities

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Service Delivery Engineer (Tier 2) to join our growing IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of IT services across the organization. You will act as the escalation point for complex technical issues, manage core systems and network infrastructure, and help maintain high standards of IT operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Escalation Support (Tier 2): Act as the primary escalation point for Tier 1 support. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex hardware, software, operating system (Windows/Mac), and network issues.

Infrastructure & System Administration: Maintain and administer core IT systems, including Active Directory/Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and corporate servers.

Network Management: Monitor and configure local network infrastructure, including Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Wi-Fi Access Points, and VPNs.

Service Quality & Monitoring: Monitor IT service performance, endpoint security (antivirus), and system logs to identify potential issues before they impact business operations.

Backup & Disaster Recovery: Execute and monitor regular data backup schedules (e.g., NAS, Cloud backups) and conduct routine data restoration tests.

Documentation & SOPs: Create, maintain, and update IT technical documentation, system configurations, and Knowledge Base (KB) articles for both internal IT use and end-users.
Requirements

Experience: 2 to 4 years of solid experience in IT Technical Support, Desktop Support, System Administration, or a Service Delivery role.

Education: Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline (equivalent practical experience will also be valued).

Technical Competencies:
Strong hands-on experience with Windows 10/11, Windows Server (2019/2022) , and macOS .

Solid understanding of networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and VPNs .

Familiarity with identity management tools ( Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID ).

Certifications (Preferred but not mandatory): CCNA, CompTIA Network+/Security+, Microsoft Certified (e.g., Modern Desktop Administrator, M365 Fundamentals).

Language Skills: Fluent in Cantonese; good professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Key Attributes: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, great communication skills, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to prioritize tasks based on business impact.
