Sales & Business Development

• Drive revenue growth by identifying, developing and converting new business opportunities within assigned accounts and target markets.
• Build and execute account growth plans that support business objectives and sales targets.
• Identify client needs and position Experian's solutions to deliver measurable business value.
• Expand existing client relationships through cross-sell and upsell opportunities across Experian's portfolio.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities to achieve short- and long-term revenue goals.
• Lead commercial discussions, proposal development, and contract negotiations to successfully close business opportunities.
• Able to monitor market trends, competitive activity and emerging industry opportunities.
• Identify new market segments, strategic partnerships and growth opportunities that align with Experian's capabilities.
• Represent Experian at industry events, networking forums and client engagements to strengthen market presence and generate leads.

Client Relationship Managemen

• tEstablish and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders and decision-makers
• .Develop a deep understanding of clients' business strategies, challenges, and industry trends
• .Act as a trusted partner by identifying opportunities where Experian can support client growth and transformation
• .Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure successful solution positioning and delivery
• .Support client retention and growth through proactive engagement and ongoing value creation

.Sales Planning & Executio

• nDevelop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team revenue targets
• .Maintain accurate pipeline management, opportunity tracking, and forecasting within CRM systems
• .Provide regular updates on sales performance, market developments and business opportunities
• .Work closely with Product, Marketing, Delivery and Client Success teams to deliver compelling client solutions and achieve business outcomes
