Shark Ninja is expanding our APAC business and scaling it rapidly. Our two brands, Shark, and Ninja, have enjoyed unprecedented growth in the past 5 years, driven mainly by the very strong innovation pipeline on both brands. Given this success in our existing markets, Shark Ninja has embarked on a bold plan for growing APAC business, in which APAC plays a critical role.


The role will be responsible for setting and executing visual merchandising plans that align with SharkNinja’s overall retail strategy. Leading the design on in-store visual displays, develop fixture catalogues and toolkits, and guide the Market Visual Merchandising team and vendors to ensure adherence to guidelines. Additionally, the role will work closely and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless and high-quality execution of visual merchandising strategies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement visual merchandising graphics and guidelines to support retail campaigns and seasonal product storytelling
  • Support the execution of window displays, in-store navigation, and visual communication to elevate brand presentation
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to align visual merchandising execution with product launches and business priorities
  • Create planograms and visual guidelines to ensure consistent product presentation across stores
  • Coordinate with vendors to manage production of visual merchandising props, graphics, and décor elements
  • Conduct market visits to review store execution and provide recommendations to enhance visual standard.
  • Prepare reports and visual feedback decks to share best practices and improve visual merchandising execution across markets
  • Developing and delivering clear toolkits, collaborating with cross-functional teams and markets on consistent and qualitative execution
  • Stay ahead of design trends and consumer behaviors to inform future strategies


Requirements

  • Minimum of 6-7 years of experience in retail design & visual merchandising
  • Degree in graphic design, industrial design, or related field
  • Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Sketch Up , other designing tools
  • Strong project planning and management
  • Strong attention to detail, results-oriented mindset, and flexible, positive attitude
