Responsibilities

Job Purpose: We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our operations in Malaysia. This role is responsible for overseeing all commercial, operational, and brand-related functions to ensure consistent business growth, market expansion, and operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Monitor business performance and implement corrective actions to ensure objectives are met
  • Identify and assess opportunities for expansion, including new locations and distribution formats
  • Lead brand visibility initiatives through strategic partnerships, promotions, and mall collaborations
  • Oversee retail operations, visual merchandising, stock planning, and compliance with brand standards
  • Ensure financial accuracy, cost control, and cash flow management
  • Drive recruitment, training, and development of high-performing teams across retail and office functions
  • Ensure adherence to local labor laws, audit requirements, and internal policies


Qualifications & Experience:

  • MBA or equivalent higher education
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior retail/operations leadership role
  • Demonstrated expertise in sales management, marketing activation, and team development
  • Strong financial acumen and operational oversight
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
