IT Technical Support

Lumora Tech (JR0174591U) – QuickServe Division

Glenmarie, Selangor

Full-time | Hybrid (Work From Home with on-site client visits when required)

Salary: RM3,000 – RM4,500 per month (based on experience)

Role Description

• Provide technical support to clients via phone calls, email, and WhatsApp.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system related issues.
• Visit client sites when necessary to assist with technical issues, setup, or training.
• Assist with vendor registration and client onboarding.
• Support subscription requests, including plan upgrades, downgrades, and renewals.
• Assist in testing new features, enhancements, and bug fixes before release.
• Document and escalate issues to the development team when required.
• Work closely with the team to improve the QuickServe platform.
• Perform other related duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel to client locations when required.
