Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the full spectrum of finance operations, including data entries, accounting functions, and daily finance activities
Review and ensure all financial transactions are properly authorized, documented, and compliant with company policies
Lead the preparation of monthly and yearly financial statements, management reports, and analysis
Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, and ensure timely reconciliation of all accounts
Manage cash flow, including petty cash, bank reconciliation, and expense claims review
Develop, implement, and improve financial processes, internal controls, and policies
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities
Lead, supervise, and mentor the finance team to ensure efficiency and accuracy
Handle ad-hoc financial tasks and projects as assigned by management
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum 5 years of relevant finance experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and general ledger functions
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
Experience in handling full set of accounts and financial reporting
Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
