Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recreation Assistant based in the Dungun District. Responsibilities include planning, organizing, and leading recreational activities to enhance guest experiences. The Recreation Assistant will also ensure the safety of guests, particularly in swimming areas, and provide exceptional customer service. Additional duties include maintaining recreation equipment, assisting with golf-related activities, and collaborating with other departments to deliver a memorable experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in planning and conducting recreational activities
• Experience in lifeguarding and ensuring guest safety
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with guests and team members
• Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to guest satisfaction
• Basic understanding or exposure to golf-related activities
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Flexible and adaptable, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Certification in lifeguarding, CPR, or First Aid is a plus
• Previous experience in hospitality or resort environments is advantageous
