Key Responsibilities
Assist walk‑in customers by providing product information, and basic sales support.
Perform paint tinting according to DO/Pick Lists and customer requirements, ensuring accuracy and consistency in colour preparation.
Arrange, display, and replenish products to maintain an orderly, attractive, and customer‑friendly retail environment.
Maintain store cleanliness and comply with housekeeping and safety standards at all times.
Support stocktaking activities, and daily retail operations.
Load and unload goods safely and efficiently, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
Operate tinting machines and equipment safely, reporting any faults or maintenance needs.
Ensure correct documentation for tinted items, stock movement, and customer orders.
Requirements:
Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
Basic knowledge of paint tinting or willingness to learn.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks.
Good communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
