Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, delivery, and return handling
Lead and manage warehouse staff, including work scheduling, discipline, and productivity
Monitor goods receiving and delivery processes to ensure accuracy and minimize errors
Control inventory levels, conduct stock take, and analyze inventory discrepancies
Plan and optimize warehouse space utilization and operational efficiency
Coordinate customer order fulfillment and delivery arrangements with lorry/transport teams
Develop and implement warehouse SOPs to improve workflow and productivity
Work closely with Sales, Purchasing, and Management teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
Prepare regular inventory and warehouse operation reports for management review

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience
Experience in hardware, building materials, or wholesale industry will be an advantage
Familiar with hardware products, inventory control, and warehouse processes
Strong leadership skills with experience managing warehouse teams
Knowledge in Stock Take, Delivery Order (DO), Goods Received Note (GRN), and Inventory Control
Computer literate (Excel / Inventory System)

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM9,244.00 per month
