Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Cashiering & Payment Processing

• Operate the POS system and process customer payments accurately.
• Handle digital payment transactions and daily settlement

2. Opening & Closing Operations

• Carry out daily opening and closing procedures.
• Secure the premises and maintain operational readiness.

3. Beverage Preparation

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, smoothies, juices, and other beverages according to company recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure consistency, presentation, and product quality at all times.

4. Food Preparation & Handling

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout food preparation processes.
• Follow proper food storage and handling procedures.

5. Outlet Cleanliness & Maintenance

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for customers.
• Clear and sanitize tables, clean workstations, and manage waste disposal.
• Ensure dining and preparation areas meet cleanliness and hygiene standards.

6. Team Leadership & Staff Management

• Supervise and support daily operations of the outlet team.
• Train, coach, and onboard new employees.

7. Customer Service Excellence

• Address customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Build customer relationships and promote customer satisfaction.

8. Inventory & Stock Management

• Monitor inventory levels of food, beverages, packaging, and operational supplies.
• Conduct stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records.

9. Compliance, Safety & Quality Assurance

• Ensure compliance with all food hygiene, workplace safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct routine operational checks to maintain quality and safety standards.

Must-haves:

- No experience required (F&B industry experience will be preferred)
- Able to commence immediate will be preferred
- Friendly & out-going personality,
- Willingness to learn,
- Ability to work alone or as a part of the team,

Pay: $2,080.00 - $3,000.00 per month
