Responsibilities:
Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of equipment and spare parts.
Coordinate with fleet operations, engineering, and procurement teams to align warehouse activities with project requirements.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards in warehouse operations.
Plan and manage logistics for domestic and international shipments, including customs documentation.
Lead and train warehouse staff, promoting a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
Monitor warehouse performance metrics and prepare operational reports for management.
Support the setup and readiness of spare parts and equipment for vessel rebuilding, refurnishing, and renovation projects.
Requirements:
Min Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain operations.
Ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced, cross-border environment.
Experience in technical equipment handling, maritime spare parts, or robotics-related inventory is highly preferred.
Familiarity with international shipping, customs regulations, and logistics coordination.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
