Job Title: Technical Program Manager (Artificial Intelligence)

Job Duration: 12 months contract (potential to go permanent)

Salary: SGD 8,000 - 9,500 per month

We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager. In this role, you will drive the end-to-end formation of AI-powered tools and workflows for APAC Policy teams, from requirements gathering through launch and adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end development of AI-powered tools and workflows for APAC Policy teams, from requirements gathering to launch and adoption, while managing program roadmaps, milestones, and dependencies.
  • Translate non-technical team needs into clear technical specifications, coordinate across global engineering, product, and regional stakeholders, and resolve blockers proactively.
  • Prototype, build, and iterate on AI workflows and integrations, evaluate and incorporate AI/LLM capabilities, and improve existing tools based on user feedback and performance data.
  • Collaborate with Policy and non-engineering teams to understand workflows, drive AI adoption, and facilitate feedback loops between end-users and global teams.
  • Adapt global AI tools and strategies for APAC-specific needs, serve as the primary technical contact, and identify automation opportunities from concept to production.
  • Track adoption metrics, usage patterns, and productivity impacts, focusing on process, tooling, and user enablement to ensure successful AI transformation.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Technical Program Management, successfully leading complex, cross-functional programs from initiation to delivery.
  • Proficient in Python (or similar languages), with hands-on experience in reading, writing, and deploying production code within collaborative engineering workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with AI/LLM tools, including prompt engineering, workflow automation, and building on top of LLM APIs.
  • Strong product sense with the ability to convert ambiguous user needs into clear requirements and actionable roadmaps, coupled with excellent communication skills for engaging non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
  • Proven track record of driving adoption, behavior change, and organizational transformation across distributed teams, with preferred experience in non-engineering collaborations and AI workflow orchestration.
