About the Rol

eThe HealthTech division builds digital products that make it easier for Singaporeans to access healthcare, and for the people delivering it - clinicians, medical social workers, and healthcare staff - to do their jobs well

The portfolio spans citizen-facing services like booking preventive care and checking subsidies, and the operational systems behind them: referral platforms, critical-results messaging, and case management tools used across hospitals and community providers. You would own one of these product teams end to end as both Tech Lead and Manager, taking work from problem definition through launch and iteratio


n.
You'd work alongside designers, product managers, and partners across MOH, hospital clusters, GP clinics, and community providers, spending time understanding how healthcare services actually operate before building the systems that support th

As Tech Lead, you set technical direction: architecture, integrations, reliability, observability, security, and the trade-offs between shipping quickly and building something hospitals can rely on for decades.
