Job Overview

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Beautician to provide facial, skincare, and beauty treatments while delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong beauty treatment skills, a passion for skincare, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional facial treatments, including cleansing, hydration, anti-aging, acne care, and skin rejuvenation treatments
• Conduct skin analysis and recommend suitable treatments and skincare products
• Provide beauty services such as eyebrow shaping, waxing, threading, and basic beauty treatments where applicable
• Ensure customer comfort, satisfaction, and a positive treatment experience
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms, equipment, and tools
• Prepare treatment rooms, machines, products, and materials before each session
• Promote and upsell treatment packages, memberships, and skincare products
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat visits
• Maintain accurate customer treatment records and follow-up appointments
• Follow company SOPs, hygiene standards, and service protocols

Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Beauty Therapy, Aesthetics, or related field preferred
• Previous experience in beauty salons, facial centres, aesthetic clinics, or wellness centres is an advantage
• Knowledge of skincare products, skin types, and facial treatment techniques
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Sales-oriented with confidence in recommending products and packages
• Professional appearance and grooming
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
