Key Responsibilities:   
Modeling & Drafting: Develop detailed 3D models and 2D documentation (plans, sections, elevations) for Architectural, Structural, or MEP disciplines.     
Clash Detection & Coordination: Perform interdisciplinary coordination, identify clashes using Navisworks, and resolve conflicts.
     Standards Compliance:
Ensure models adhere to project BIM Execution Plans (BEP), industry standards, and regulatory requirements   
Updates & Maintenance: Regularly update models with site information and revisions, and compile as-built drawings upon project completion.
Family Creation: Create and manage BIM library objects (families). 

Required Qualifications & Skills: Software Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Autodesk Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD.
      Technical Knowledge: Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and M&E engineering drawings.
     Education/Experience: Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related fields. Experience in construction or building services is usually required.
       Soft Skills: Strong coordination, communication, and teamwork skills.
