Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute dishes to the highest quality and presentation standards.

• Manage your assigned kitchen section efficiently and independently.

• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Assist in all areas of the kitchen when required.

• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

• Follow instructions from senior chefs while demonstrating leadership and initiative.

• Ensure consistency in food quality and guest dining experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a fine dining restaurant.

• Experience in Michelin-starred will be an advantage.

• Strong culinary and food preparation skills.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.

• Able to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

• Passionate about hospitality and committed to culinary excellence.
