Job Description Summary

This role will lead the system integration business end to end, with accountability for strategy, commercial performance, solution delivery, customer engagement, governance, service transition, partner management, and team capability development.

Job Duties

• 
  Define and drive the overall strategy, roadmap, and growth agenda for the system integration business.

• Own business performance and ensure delivery plans are aligned with customer needs, commercial objectives, and corporate direction.

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex system integration projects, from solutioning and vendor selection through implementation, testing, handover, and operational support.

• Partner with Sales, Solutions, Operations, Procurement, Finance, Legal, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution and stakeholder alignment.

• Act as a senior customer escalation point and build trusted relationships that strengthen delivery confidence and repeat business opportunities.

• Establish strong program governance across scope, cost, timeline, quality, risk, issue, dependency, and resource management.

• Ensure smooth transition from project delivery to operations, including documentation, support model readiness, monitoring, and incident/change management alignment.

• Lead, develop, and uplift delivery teams while promoting accountability, execution discipline, continuous improvement, and best-practice sharing.

Job Requirements

• 
  Degree holder in Engineering, IT, Computer Science or related disciplines

• At least 10+ years' experience in SI Delivery or Telecommunication industry, preferably in MNC or system integration company, with proven leadership in large-scale or multi-vendor programs

• Strong commercial acumen with P&L ownership

• Expertise in enterprise integration (network, cloud, platforms)

• Strategic mindset with strong customer engagement skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Candidates with extensive experience will be considered as Senior Director
