Responsibilities:

• Build AI agents and workflows for internal teams;

• Develop and implement AI solutions;

• End-user support;

• Manage and monitor server, cloud and network devices;

• Oversee server and database backups;

• Update IT document/logging.

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher in IT or a related discipline;

• 3-5 years of working experience in the IT field;

• Experience in developing AI agents and workflows;

• Proficiency with CSS, JavaScript, Python, SQL;

• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform;

• Knowledge of Windows Server, Linux Server, Microsoft Office 365, Azure Active Directory and Exchange Server;

• Support experience with LAN and WAN networking;

• Self-motivated, hardworking, and a team player with good troubleshooting skills.
