Logistic Officer
Job Responsibilities
Liaise with customers, vendors, and freight forwarders to ensure smooth coordination of logistics activities and timely delivery of goods.
Monitor shipment progress, track orders, and provide regular status updates to relevant stakeholders.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or delays in the shipping process, coordinating with internal teams and external partners as necessary.
Assist in optimizing shipping routes and methods to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Provide operational support to the logistics team, including data entry, invoices generation, and administrative tasks.
Requirements
Diploma in Supply Chain/Logistics or related industries.
At least 5 years working experience in Supply Chain/Logistics or related industries.
Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills, with critical thinking and ability to make decisions.
Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation.
A good team player but can work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced and changing environment.
Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
Good PC knowledge, proficient in MS office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Words, etc. Advanced level in Microsoft Excel is an advantage.
Immediate availability is preferred.
