Responsibility:

• Particulate in the structuring, pricing and execution of equity linked structured products and derivatives , prepare relevant legal documents.

• Follow the latest equity investment ideas and design relevant structures.

• Support the Structured Product team in developing tailor-made solutions and marketing materials for a diverse client base.

• Negotiate and execute business terms of GMRA/ISDA CSA/other legal agreements with counterparties.

• Perform market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

• Collaborate with sales, trading, and research teams to gain insights and align structuring efforts with market conditions and client objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree holder in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related fields preferred.

• 3-5 years of relevant experience with leading financial institutions in the industry.

• Comprehensive knowledge in derivatives.

• Diligence, meticulous and positive work attitude.
