Key Responsibilities’
Responsible for day-to-day e-commerce platform operations, website promotion and marketing, campaign planning, and daily operational management.
Lead, mentor and supervise a small team for e-commerce operation and marketing
Negotiate and secure premium platform resources such as featured banners, marketing subsidies and seasonal campaign slot
Monitor and optimize product listings, pricing, stock availability, and content strategy to maximize visibility and sales.
Assist in driving external traffic to e-commerce platforms through collaboration on Paid Ads (Meta, Google, Marketplace Ads) and Affiliate / KOL marketing
Utilize data analytics (Google Analytics, platform backend data) to track ROI, monitor user behavior, and provide actionable insights to improve conversion rates
Report to Head of Marketing to align e-commerce and marketing strategies with company objectives
Job requirements:
3-5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, with a proven track record in cross-border e-commerce
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or E-commerce is a plus but not required
Proven experience in communicating and building relationships with e-commerce platform account managers or BDS is highly preferred
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical ability
Well organized, positive and energetic and strong team player
Strong negotiation, interpersonal, communication skills and able to fast-paced working environment
Good command in Cantonese, English and Mandarin (Japanese is a plus)
Immediate available is an advantage
