Position: CNC Milling Programmer Cum Setter

We are looking for a responsible and experienced CNC Milling Programmer Cum Setter to join our team.

Requirements:

* Minimum 3–4 years of working experience in CNC milling programming and machine setting.

* Proficient in Mastercam 2022

* Familiar with Mitsubishi Controller.

* Experience in 3-Axis CNC Milling is required.

* Knowledge and experience in 4-Axis CNC Milling will be an added advantage.

* Able to read and understand engineering drawings.

* Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

* Positive working attitude with good attendance and punctuality.

* Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Job Responsibilities:

* Prepare and generate CNC programs using Mastercam 2022.

* Set up and operate CNC milling machines efficiently.

* Able to make jigs and fixtures according to drawings and production needs to improve machining efficiency, ensure process stability and reduce cycle time.

* Ensure machining processes meet required quality standards and specifications.

* Plan and arrange production jobs according to customer schedules and delivery commitments.

* Monitor machining operations and optimize cycle times where possible.

* Coordinate with production personnel to ensure smooth workflow.

* Inspect finished parts to ensure they comply with drawings and quality requirements.

* Troubleshoot machining issues and implement corrective actions.

* Maintain proper documentation and housekeeping in the work area.
