Our client is a well-established manufacturing company based in Pontian, Johor, specializing in wire harnesses, cable assemblies, PCBA, and electro-mechanical solutions. Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee CR schedule, manpower arrangement, daily progress, problem identifying, material issue based on current schedule.
• Wire harness mass pro schedule commitment with Sales & Planner
• Responsible to meet all production build, quality & shipment
• Training new operator, leader and technician and provide support production engineer
• Support manager and supervisor on Production management
• Monitor production assistance and leader job routine

Job Requirements:

• Min SPM or Diploma in Manufacturing or any Engineering discipline.
• Experience in wire harness manufacturing is an added advantage
• At least 1~ 2 years of supervisory and/or relevant working experiences in manufacturing industry
• Must able to work independent, good interpersonal skill, matured and a key team player
• Must willing to work Pontian.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
