Job Responsibilities:

• Negotiate with supplier for the best offer and approve term and condition to the best interest of company.
• Responsible for sourcing, selecting and negotiating with supplier to constantly Struve for best purchase price while maintaining the highest level of quality, reliability and services.
• Ensure good quality and delivery from supplier.
• Coordinate and ensure new parts ordered meet new projects demand.
• Other work assigned from superior from time to time.
• Responsible for a material arrangement to fulfil daily production plan.
• To issue PR & PO according to lead-time and demand.
• Handle material quality issue and delivery issue.
• To check and verify invoice base on approved PO.
• Responsible for sourcing activities.
• Respond with excellent support and service to any mails or call from site/ supplier.
• To oversee daily activity involving purchasing.
• Assist in the implementation or enhancement of Procurement Policies and Procedures.
• To assist in preparing Monthly Management report and submit to the superior.
• Understand the local/ country requirements/documentation requirement and train supplier for onboarding completion.

Job Requirements:

• Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/ Management/ Logistics or any equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
