Key Responsibilities

Daily Operations & Floor Management

• Oversee dining area & kitchen flow.
• Maintain cleanliness and strict hygiene standards.
• Ensure full compliance with food safety and local authority regulations.
• Handle guest concerns swiftly and professionally.

Staff Leadership & Scheduling

• Supervise front-of-house (FOH) and kitchen staff.
• Conduct on-the-job training and daily pre-shift briefings.
• Monitor attendance, uniform standards, and staff discipline.

Inventory & Cost Control

• Track daily sales and monitor cashiering procedures.
• Conduct stock checks and minimize food waste.
• Supervise deliveries and assist with ordering supplies

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
