Senior Executive, Finance (Hospitality Division)

Job Purpose

To support the Hospitality Division in financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, compliance, and operational finance matters to ensure effective financial control and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Monitor cash flow, receivables, payables, and payment processing.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and statutory requirements.
• Support hotel operations on financial and cost management matters.
• Participate in process improvement and finance transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in hospitality, hotel, property, or service industry is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
