We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Payroll Specialist to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll processing and a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring accurate and timely payroll operations while adhering to compliance regulations.

What You'll Do: Role Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Dynamics 365 ERP Transformation specialist to drive complex AX2012 to D365 modernization programs, including migration of custom workforce solutions, roster management, and payroll systems. Experience: 12–18 years (with minimum 6–8 years in Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 F&O and ERP transformation programs) Key Responsibilities: • Workforce & Roster Management Modernization o Lead migration of custom roster planning systems (Excel/manual + online) o Implement in D365: Advanced shift planning and scheduling Labour rule validation and compliance Automated approvals, notifications, and reporting Shift substitution and skill-based scheduling • Payroll Transformation (Loki → D365) o Drive migration of legacy payroll (Loki) to D365 o Shift-based payroll processing integrated with roster and attendance o Statutory compliance (Hong Kong payroll regulations) i.e. EO, contribution and schemes o Accurate pay calculations-fixed pay, overtime, allowances, approvals, and audit mechanisms o Lead parallel-run strategy and cutover readiness • Solution Architecture & Integration o Define end-to-end ERP solution architecture o Hands on Green field implementation experience o Integrate HR, payroll, and workforce modules within D365 o Leverage clean-core principles, extensions, and Power Platform • Transformation Expertise o Lead end-to-end AX2012 → D365 F&O upgrade and modernization o Own migration of data, configurations, workflows, and custom modules o Drive fit-to-standard adoption with controlled customization strategy Core Skills Required: • Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations • Proven experience in AX 2012 upgrade/migration programs • Strong understanding of: o Payroll systems (statutory compliance, preferably HK/Asia)

o Workforce/roster management solutions o Parallel run and cut over execution of payroll systems • Experience in: o Data migration (DMF, LCS) o Workflow and custom module transformation • Strong stakeholder management and delivery leadership
