Marketing Executive – Theme Park Division
Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate, creative, and results-driven Marketing Executive to support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives across Monkeys Canopy Resort’s Theme Park Division. The role involves campaign management, event coordination, content creation, partnership development, and promotional activities to drive visitor arrivals, revenue growth, and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Campaign Management
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal activations.
- Coordinate marketing activities across all theme park attractions and entertainment outlets.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports.
Content & Digital Marketing
- Assist in developing content for social media, website, EDMs, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and external agencies.
- Manage social media updates and support community engagement activities.
Events & Partnerships
- Coordinate events, roadshows, exhibitions, media visits, and familiarization trips.
- Liaise with tourism associations, corporate clients, educational institutions, and strategic partners.
- Support KOL, influencer, media, and collaboration campaigns.
Sales Support & Reporting
- Work closely with the sales and operations teams to support revenue-generating initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
- Prepare marketing reports, presentations, and performance updates.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, Tourism, Communications, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience will have an added advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and project coordination abilities.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, and social media platforms.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and content creation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and events when required.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in hospitality, tourism, attractions, theme parks, events, or leisure industries.
- Experience in coordinating marketing campaigns, events, or partnerships.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, or other digital platforms is an advantage.
