Responsibilities
We are located within Harbour City in the heart of the commercial, shopping and entertainment district, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon. We invite applications for the following position:
Responsibilities:
Handle reservations accurately and professionally
Solve guests’ and associates’ enquiries in timely and courteous manner
Requirements:
Certificate/Diploma in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
With 1 year experience in Reservations Department in Hotel is a definite advantage
Solid knowledge in Cambridge and computer skills, i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Good command of spoken English and Putonghua
Fresh graduate with internship experience will also be considered
