T he Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and curious Junior AI Solution Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will work alongside senior consultants to help clients identify, design, and implement AI-powered solutions that solve real business problems. Key Responsibilities
Support senior consultants in discovering client pain points and mapping them to AI use case
Help design and prototype AI-driven workflows, tools, and proofs of concept
Conduct research on AI tools, vendors, and emerging trends to support solution recommendations
Assist in preparing client presentations, proposals, and project documentation
Participate in client workshops and discovery sessions, taking notes and contributing ideas
Monitor and support post-implementation performance of AI solutions
Requirements
Must have
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Data Science, or a related field
Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts (LLMs, automation, data pipelines)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Analytical mindset with an interest in problem-solving
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
Nice to have
Experience with tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar AI platforms
Familiarity with Python, SQL, or no-code automation tools
Internship or project experience in consulting or tech
Knowledge of a specific industry vertical (finance, healthcare, retail)
