Responsibilities:
Onboard new vendors to Groupe Beaumanoir processes & tools
Develop, update and maintain all technical aspects of the tech pack including measurement verification, sewing instruction, graded measurement specifications, fit evaluations, and pattern alterations
Conduct fittings using life models and mannequins to ensure consistency across styles
Identify construction/fitting risk during line review of the collection
Identify and resolve fitting issues through pattern alternation and construction adjustments
Provide technical support for quality initiatives such as Basic Blocks and construction standards
Partner closely with internal / regional teams, and suppliers to ensure smooth communication and execution
Support the quality team on final inspection decision when an issue of measurement occurs and on techfile/measurement chart upload in the final inspection tools
Support ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Degree or diploma in textiles or related disciplines with 5-10 years of relevant experience in garment fittion and sampling approval, particularly in LINGERIE AND SWIMWEAR
Familiar with pattern making, grading, able to conduct pattern alterations to resolve fitting issues
Knowledge of 3D Simulation fitting & computer pattern system is preferred
Excellent command of spoken and written English, Mandarin / Cantonese, or another relevant Asian language is an advantage
Proactive, independent, and initiative-driven with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office & PLM system
