Job Description

Job Summary:

• Well-known multinational company that is one of the leaders in clinical information systems in hospitals. It serves public and private hospitals in Hong Kong and Macau. It provides clinical information systems to doctors and nurses in Intensive Care Units (ICU), Operating Theatres (OT), Obstetrics & Gynaecology (O&G), Radiology, and Cardiology units.

• As an Application Consultant, you will be working closely with a team of healthcare IT engineers and technical consultants and project manager in part of the professional delivery team to deliver qualified service to customers. Besides that, you will provide clinical support for pre-sales, project implementation and post-sales consultation and support.

Key responsibilities:

You are responsible for

• Deploy and configure Clinical Information Systems (CIS) to meet customer expectations and requirements.

• Deliver and conduct professional training programs, manage system go-live phases and post go-live support to end users on the Clinical Information Systems application.

• Providing clinical support for pre-sales, project implementation and post-sales consultation and support on Clinical Information Systems application.

• Working in conjunction with internal Project Managers, Technical Consultants, Field Service Engineers and related business third parties.

Key competences / experiences:

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing/biomedical science/biomedical engineering or related fields or above.

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Enrolled Nurse (EN) with the Hong Kong Nursing Council or equivalent overseas qualifications is highly preferred. Not a must.

• Experience working in clinical settings like High Dependency Unit / Intensive Care Unit/ Paediatric/ CIS system is a significant advantage.

• Fluency in Cantonese and English is a Must.

• A strong, demonstrable interest in medical informatics and healthcare technology.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, and able to work independently.

• Strong organization skill and be a proactive team player.
