Responsibilities:
  • Work under helpdesk support team and provide daily IT help desk support
  • Troubleshooting of computer related issues
  • Response for the IT inventory management
  • Work with other support team, vendors and service providers for problem fixing
  • Act as the project admin to assist the desktop project (e.g. Win11 migration)
Requirements:
  • Diploma with 3+ years IT experience
  • Have troubleshooting skill for Microsoft Windows and Office.
  • Have ITIL knowledge is an advantage
  • Basis English and Mandarin speaking.
